We provide individual therapy for children, teens, and adults, offered both in person and virtually. Our providers support clients navigating a wide range of mental health concerns, life transitions, relationships, stress, and everyday challenges.  

Empath Counseling is committed to making access to mental healthcare affordable.  We participate with most insurance plans for your convenience.

Insurance
We are currently in-network with Anthem, Sentara, Aetna, United Behavioral Health, Medicare and Medicaid. Insurance benefits vary by plan and provider, and your responsibility may include a copayment, coinsurance, or deductible. We recommend confirming your mental health benefits with your insurance company.

Private Pay
Our standard fee for a 53-minute individual psychotherapy session is $175.
